EL DIRECTOR EJECUTIVO DE LA ADMINISTRACION NACIONAL DE LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL <\/p>\n

RESUELVE: <\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba \u2014 Apru\u00e9bense los coeficientes de actualizaci\u00f3n de las remuneraciones mensuales percibidas por los afiliados que hubiesen prestado tareas en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, cesados a partir del 29 de febrero de 2012<\/strong> o contin\u00faen en actividad a partir del 1\u00ba de marzo de 2012. Los mismos integran la presente como ANEXO. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba \u2014 La actualizaci\u00f3n de las remuneraciones prevista en los art\u00edculos precedentes, se practicar\u00e1 multiplicando las mismas por el coeficiente que corresponda al a\u00f1o y al mes en que se devengaron. <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba \u2014 Establ\u00e9cese que el valor de la movilidad<\/strong> prevista en el art\u00edculo 32 de la Ley N\u00ba 24.241 correspondiente al mes de marzo de 2012 es de DIECISIETE CON SESENTA Y DOS CENTESIMOS POR CIENTO (17,62%)<\/strong> para las prestaciones mencionadas en el art\u00edculo 2\u00ba de la Resoluci\u00f3n SSS N\u00ba 6\/09, el cual se aplicar\u00e1 al haber mensual total de cada una de ellas, que se devengue o hubiese correspondido devengar al mes de febrero de 2012. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba \u2014 El haber m\u00ednimo<\/strong> garantizado vigente a partir del mes de marzo de 2012 establecido de conformidad con las previsiones del art\u00edculo 8\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 26.417 ser\u00e1 de PESOS UN MIL SEISCIENTOS OCHENTA Y SIETE CON UN CENTAVO ($ 1.687,01).<\/strong> Dicho haber alcanza tambi\u00e9n a las prestaciones otorgadas en el marco del Decreto N\u00ba 137\/05, cuando el monto total de la prestaci\u00f3n, incrementado por la movilidad docente instituida por la Resoluci\u00f3n SSS N\u00ba 30\/11, no supere el importe del mencionado haber m\u00ednimo garantizado conforme lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 125 de la Ley N\u00ba 24.241 (texto seg\u00fan Ley N\u00ba 26.222). <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00ba \u2014 El haber m\u00e1ximo<\/strong> vigente a partir del mes de marzo de 2012 establecido de conformidad con las previsiones del art\u00edculo 9\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 26.417 ser\u00e1 de PESOS DOCE MIL TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE CON TREINTA Y NUEVE CENTAVOS ($ 12.359,39). <\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 7\u00ba \u2014 La base imponible m\u00ednima y m\u00e1xima<\/strong> previstas en el primer p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 9\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 24.241, texto seg\u00fan la Ley N\u00ba 26.222, queda establecida en la suma de PESOS QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS CON SETENTA Y NUEVE CENTAVOS ($ 586,79) y PESOS DIECINUEVE MIL SETENTA CON CINCUENTA Y CINCO CENTAVOS ($ 19.070,55)<\/strong> respectivamente, a partir del per\u00edodo devengado, marzo de 2012. <\/p>\n

Art. 8\u00ba \u2014 Establ\u00e9cese el importe de la Prestaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica Universal (PBU)<\/strong> prevista en el art\u00edculo 19 de la Ley N\u00ba 24.241, aplicable a partir del mes de marzo de 2012, en la suma de PESOS SETECIENTOS NOVENTA Y SIETE CON DOS CENTAVOS ($ 797,02). <\/strong><\/p>\n
